About us
Tiny robots. Very satisfying clicks.
Good for desks, backpacks, and anyone who can't stop clicking pens. Every BittyBot starts life as a spool of plastic. The 3D printer hums away for a few hours, laying down one thin layer at a time, until a little base appears with nine empty squares — each one waiting for something to click.
Then comes the fun part. Switches get pressed in one by one, and each has its own personality: some are quiet and sneaky, some give a soft little thump, and some are loud and proud. Keycaps go on top, in whatever mix of colors and shapes we have that week. Charm clickers get their charms glued on one at a time, so no two are ever twins.
No BittyBot leaves the workshop without being clicked. A lot. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it. If it doesn't sound right, it doesn't go.
The less magical (but useful) details: pick one that's ready to ship or design your own, then pay by Venmo. Made-to-order ones take about 2–3 days to build. If you have a code from us there are free local options; everywhere else we mail it.

🎨 Designing it
What's the difference between “Make your own” and “Ready to ship”?
“Make your own” lets you pick the base color, every keycap and the switches. It takes 2–3 days to make. “Ready to ship” clickers are already made, so you get them sooner.
What's the difference between the switches?
Linear is smooth and quiet. Tactile has a small bump and a soft sound. Clicky makes a loud, crisp click. Tap “Hear it” while designing to listen. If you want a quiet one, pick Linear or Tactile.
Can I pick the keys on a ready-to-ship clicker?
Those are already built, so the keys are the ones in the photo — that exact clicker is what shows up at your door. We mix the keys ourselves from whatever we have that day, so no two are alike. Want to choose every single key? Use Make your own.
Can I mix different keycaps?
Yes. Every key can be a different style and color. Pick a style and color, then tap the key you want.
Do the keycaps have letters on them?
Some of our keycaps come from real keyboard sets, so there's a small letter or symbol printed on the front edge. You see the cute design from the top — the letter only shows from the side.
What part is 3D printed?
The base (the part that holds the keys). We print each one ourselves, so you may see tiny lines on it. The keycaps and switches are store-bought.
🛒 Ordering & paying
How do I pay?
Venmo. After you order, a button fills in the amount for you — just tap it and send. We start making your clicker once it's paid.
Is there a deal if I buy more than one?
When the deal is on, it shows on the home page and comes off automatically in your cart.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Add as many as you like to your cart — mix ready-made ones and your own designs — and pay for them all at once.
Can I order a lot of them, like for a party or team?
Yes! For 5 or more, fill out the bulk order form or email us at [email protected]. We'll help you design them and send you a price.
🚚 Getting it to you
How long until I get my clicker?
Ones you design are usually ready in 2–3 days, depending on what's in stock. Ready-to-ship ones are ready now. If you pick shipping, it takes a few more days to arrive.
Do you deliver?
We ship anywhere in the U.S. If you've got a code from us, there are local options at checkout too.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is a flat $, and it's free once your order reaches $25.
🔧 Oops & returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if we haven't started making it. Email us as soon as you can.
What if a key breaks or falls off?
Email us a photo and we'll fix it or make you a new key, free.
Can I return it?
Something wrong with it? If it arrives broken, damaged in the mail, or not what you ordered, email us a photo and we'll fix it or replace it, free.
Changed your mind? Ready-to-ship and charm clickers can come back unused within 7 days for a refund. If it was mailed, we refund the clicker but not the $ shipping.
One you designed yourself can't be returned, since it was built just for you — but we'll still repair it if anything goes wrong.
Changed your mind before we start making it? Just email us and you get all your money back.
Refunds come straight back to your Venmo.
